Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with AvaLabs (Trade Name: Avaan Medical). We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be returned along with the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used medical or healthcare products

  • Personal care items that have been opened

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process the request, you may be asked to provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your bank or payment provider account.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to our error.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the return policy will apply.
